Our Process
Pre-Construction
Before anything gets built, we validate your budget, review drawings for buildability issues, and put together a detailed cost plan and schedule. You'll know exactly what to expect before we break ground.
Mobilization
Once permits are in hand, we get the site set up and lock in our trades. We also establish how we'll communicate throughout the project, including reporting schedules, so you're never left wondering what's happening.
Construction
This is where it all comes together. We send weekly progress updates, track costs in real time, and handle issues as they come up. Our job is to manage the subs, materials, and inspections while keeping you informed without overwhelming you.
Closeout & Handover
We wrap up with final inspections, resolve any deficiencies, and compile all warranty documentation. When we hand over the keys, you're getting a finished project with everything organized and accounted for.
