It does not apply to information collected by third-party services we link to, or to personal information collected solely in the context of our direct client engagements (quantity surveying and cost consulting), which are governed by separate engagement agreements.
We collect only the personal information necessary to operate our platforms and deliver our services.
Credit or debit card details are processed and stored exclusively by Stripe Inc. NEXOCON does not store card numbers, CVV codes, or full card details on its own systems. We retain only the last four digits of your card and card type for billing reference purposes, along with billing address (if provided) and transaction history.
We do not collect sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, Social Insurance Numbers, health information, or financial account credentials other than as described in Section 3.2.

Performance cookies are used to understand how visitors navigate the platform so we can improve the user experience. These collect aggregated, non-identifiable information.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will prevent you from accessing subscriber or client content.

NEXOCON’s platforms are intended for construction industry professionals and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately and we will delete the account and associated information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and BC’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
